Will the Passenger Seat fold flat in a 2008 Rondo?

I just joined the Kia Rondo club with the purchase of a 2008 EX V6. I was wondering if the passenger seat can be made to fold flat and what I would have to do to make that happen. I haven't been able to figure it out yet.

The 6 CD changer radio system also has a quirk where it's display doesn't come on even though the radio itself works. Is that a known issue or some sort of settings-related fix?

Any issues I should know about 2008 Rondo's?

EDIT: I can fold the 2nd and 3rd row seats no problem. I'm talking about being able to fold the front row passenger seat down so that the only seat in the entire car is the driver's seat.

In the center ( the opening between the top half and the bottom half) of each rear seat there is a loop pull ( they usually stick up and can be seen ) , pull on the loop and the bottom lifts up and folds up against the back of front seat. Then just pull the side levers and the seat back flips down flat.

The only weak spot on my Rondo has been the CD / radio , Iíve replaced a few of them any finally gave up on original Kia radios and went to a double din Pioneer CD / radio.

I was referring to the passenger-side front seat. It would be nice if it could be folded flat for carrying longer objects.

The photo is encouraging. I have the 7 seater though. From what little bits I've picked up off of Google searches, it sounds like it only works for the 5 seater and not the 7 seater, which seems non-sensical.

It worked on my 7 seater. Slide both front seats forward, pull up on the strap in the butt cushions for the second row and fold them forward. Next, remove the headrests for the second row and put them aside for a moment. Pull up on the seatback release lever on the sides of the 2nd row seatbacks and let them flop forward. Lastly, grab those handles on the lower part of the second row, rotate counter-clockwise and the seatbacks should now fold down flat. Now you can stow those removed headrests in the little holes on the back part of the seatbacks so they won't get in the way

Mankind is unkind, man

I can fold the 2nd and 3rd row seats. I'm talking about being able to fold the front row passenger seat down so that the only seat in the entire car is the driver's seat. I'm not sure if you're saying you were able to do that or not. I haven't noticed or seen anything to pull the 1st row passenger seat up with yet, but I don't drive it often as my wife liked it so much she's made it her car.
