Auto headlight sensitivity

In addition to our 2014 Cadenza, we have a 2016 Sorento. With the Sorento, on darker days, such as overcast and raining, the headlights come on as long as the switch is set properly. On our Cadenza, now matter how dark it gets during the day, the headlights will not come on. I feel this is a sensitivity issue. Two questions:
  1. Where is the sensor on the Cadenza?
  2. Is there any way to adjust the sensitivity?

The sensor should be on your dashboard up near the windshield. It is most likely not adjustable by yourself, but it may be something a dealer can set using the GDS computer.

I can also be found on Hyundai-Forums, with the same super clever username.
