I recently waxed and polished my Sorento with Mequiars Ultimate Polish and the results are fantastic in my personal opinion. I did receive many comments of how clean and shiny my vehicle looked when it was done by many friends. I have used a number of Mequiars products in the past; but never have I been as impressed with the results. I did apply the polish by hand in some areas; but mostly applied the polish with my Shurhold DA polisher using a Shurhold polish applicator pad. I also buffed the entire vehicle with my Shurhold DA polisher using the final polish bonnet. I will do this all again because the results are fantastic and I believe the shine and protection to my vehicle is excellent!

Mothers products all the way, I use Mothers Car wash, followed by a Mothers Clay Bar treatment, Then i use Mothers 1,2,3 step Cleaner,Polish, and Carnuba wax. I wait 24 hours and lay on one more coat of Carnuba wax.
I did this the first day i bought mt '13 Sorento. I use Mothers Californa Gold spray wax for a quick clean up after washing. I tend to Clay Bar twice a year...The Snow White Pearl paint just sparkles in the sunlight

Eagle one Nanowax!!! I'm skeptical at first.. Hardest part was trying to convince a "car wax snob" that a product available at Walmart is "good". But here I am completely convinced.

I don't know which is the biggest positive point: 1) Ease of application and removal or; 2) No white crap on your rubber trim 3) hides minor swirl marks 4) makes windshield glass smooth and wiper blades stop chattering.

Worth every penny if you ask me

personally i like and use Eagle one products. their nano wax works great for me.

but any carnuba based wax is good. whatever product you like. just keep away from petroleats - petroleum based waxes.

Meguiars Gold Class paste. Easy on, easy off. Lasts long, looks super good.

Yes! I am partial to Meguiar's and this wax works great after you use the Meguiars mirror glaze 205 professional ultra finishing polish. Make sure it is 205 as that is what the body shops use and isn't the basic bottle. This bottle is tan and works for any color vehicle and makes it shine! It also works well on carbonfiber too (trunk in picture). It's hard to make a white car reflect good in a shadow, but this was the last show I went to:

I like using Megs wax. Sometimes I use the Turtle Wax ICE Spray Wax for a quick shine/detail.

I usually do a layering method to protect and seal the paint. I use both wax and sealant. For sealant. Klasse twin and wax Zymol.
