Korean Auto Imports

Ok so I ordered a cuper body kit for my rio and custom badges again for my rio.

I ordered them on the 10th of March, the body kit to a different address then the billing address
So then they asked me for my photoID so I photocopied that. Then they asked me for my credit card (scanned copy) and my photoID again even though I already sent it. I've sent them a few emails with absolutely no reply back.

Today I sent them an email demanding they contact me at the very least or just send my orders to the billing address and if they don't, I'm going through paypal to get either a refund or if paypal can force them to just send the product.

I've read around this forum and streetkia and no one else have had this problem, all seem to have no communication issues either.

I'm not so mad they asked for ID, although I'm not giving them my credit card but they just don't seem to want to reply.

So what should I just do? Does anyone here know anyone that works for KAI or Sherwood Auto?

I had a problem with them also.
I bought a billet "lower" grill for my sportage.
After a week, I got no emails, I emailed them a bunch of times asking when it will be shipped, no contact back.

2-3 weeks later I tried again, but this time I got my paypal payment refunded.

You are lucky one, because you have Paypal and with paypal there is no mistake...
I have payed for fog lights with moneybookers and KAI dont want to refund me.

Did you pay for it with a credit card on moneybookers?
You could also do a credit chargeback with your credit card company if this is the case. All you have to do is call the card issuer, ask them to charge back that sale. It will take a little bit, but rest assured you WILL get your money back this way.

I didnt not pay with credit card, i already have money on moneybookers (because my salary is payed through moneybookers) and from that money i payed to them. Sended mail to moneybookers and didnt get any answer in past two days. I really dont know what can i do...

Angry Korean Auto Imports

OMG now I am worried, I posted a complaint yesterday about them (Sherwood Autoparts). I have all except the front emblem on my car...it looks ridiculous! The sent me a damaged and wrong part and now are telling me after I had to pay shipment back to them that they dont actually have the correct part in and dont expect it for another 2-3 weeks....which is probably more like 5-6 weeks if I am lucky. Oh they will send me a rear emblem for the front with an extra disk to make it fit....it too will look ridiculous since it will stick out from the hood. Help what should I do?

Buy a front emblem from someone else on ebay, check the seller's feedback before ordering, and use PayPal....
