They make them. Called snatch strap or some such. A little stretch in them.

For vehicles, recommend Heavy Duty Recovery strap - 30 feet long. Always go HD in case the Tow Vehicle needs to give your stuck vehicle a little "yank". And best of all, HD rating is only a few dollars more - compared to lower lbs recovery cable.

A good HD recovery Tow cable from Amazon might work for you. For example:

Hope this helps.

I like it. Is this rope strong enough to tow Sorento out of deep snow?

Sorento is "Base Curb Weight (lbs.): 4,101" lbs (2 tons). This tow cable is rated for 20,000 lbs (10 tons).

My guess is this cable is strong enough. Even for a few gentle yanks.

Go to Home Depot (or order online). Get these two things:

https://www.homedepot.com/p/Max-Load...7001/301122561
https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-3-...4535/206967330

or find forged hooks if you prefer. I find the D shackles to be safer.

Cheers!

Should I buy tow hook that screw into front of the car? Is it safe to leave the hook on the car permanently?
