Snap On code reader

My local auto electronics shop has a very expensive Snap On Code reader. He says it reads all codes for most makes and models and can change settings. I asked the tech if he can program my Kia FOB. He told me he has not done a KIA before but has used it to program the FOB on other makes of cars. Can any one with knowledge confirm if a 2010 KIA FOB can be programed with this ?
