Sirius subscription updated message won't go away

I have a 2017 Kia Sportage SX. I already had Sirius with my old car. I had the 3 month trial added to my account. Now every time I start the car I keep getting this message on the display. "Subscription updated, press ok to continue". It won't disappear on it's own. I have to hit ok every time. Has anybody else seen this or have an idea how to get rid of it? Thanks.

I was all set to call Sirius today and the message never popped up. I'll wait to see if it comes back. Very strange.

Well I spoke too soon. The message is back. It pops up almost every time I start the car. I called Sirius. They sent a refresh signal. That didn't work. I went to the dealer. They hit the little reset button on the radio. That didn't work. Called Sirius again. This time they did something on my account that they said would fix it. That didn't work. Any other suggestions? Is this definitely coming from Sirius or is it something else?

Thanks. Sirius reset my account this morning but it's still popping up. I'll give it a few days but they said there's not much else they can do. They said it may be a Kia software issue although I doubt it.

Maybe resetting the account will only extend the pop up?

Cheers,
Monte

I guess that could happen. They mentioned a Kia software update but I have the latest Kia software according to the MyUVO site. I'm just going to leave it alone for now.
