Wheel spacers

I have a 2016 lx sedan and bought titan wheel spacers, wondering if anyone else has had issues with wheel shake at higher speeds?

Are they hub centric? Who makes them, are they reputable company?
I had spacers on my old VW and had no issues with them at all, hub-centric and good make.

They are hub centric, ive used this brand a few times and never had any issues, just seems like the rio doesnt like them. Wasnt sure if anyone else had this problem or found a solution. I know a couple posts talked about them in here and they were the same brand

Talk to the place you bought them from or/and manufacturer.
