2011 1.2 UK RIO5 Bulb - Running Lights

Hi, Having spent some money on repairing my Rio this week I have decided to run it another few years at least.

I noticed the "running lights" or the lights at the front that are always on are of the "yellow" type of light.

My question is, can these be swapped out for brighter LED type bulbs, Not LED strips as this may cost money? but just a simple brighter bulb swap. And if so can anyone recommend the type/rating of bulb to achieve a light that is not of the "yellow" variety. And are they easy to change?

I still think the car being 8 years old is still a nice looking wee car. The brighter lights would add to the look of the car,

Many Thanks
