Wow, thank you for the excellent write up with the pics, very informative! Is there a way to do preventative maintenance on the fuse and relay box? Maybe put dielectric grease around the seams on the cover to keep moisture? out?

Anything positive that you can do, is alright; however, in the case of the A/C, using the Blower at third speed instead of fourth (maximum), could elongate the lifespan of the Weak connections on the Fuse & Relay Box; and keeping the Headlamps with the proper wattage output Halogens; anything above will fry the weak connections at said Box.
