Turn Signal LED’s

I have 2017 Kia Sorento EX and I’m wanting to put LED’s in the front and rear turn signals. I’ve searched and read the post on here about what people have done and etc etc.....most of the post seem to be a couple of years old.....I’m wondering if anyone was able to connect a resistor to the front headlight assembly harness and if so which wires specifically. Also, what LED’s with the built in resistor have you had the best results with. Again I know people have posted links to some LED’s but it’s been a while back and I’m wondering if anyone has had great results with a particular product. Thanks

I have only one thought. In as much as the EX did not come with LED's, it is possible that the reflector in the housing might not be adequate for an LED light. It is possible that by changing to LED's, the flashers might not be as visible as they are with incandescent bulbs.

I used to sell motorcycle accessories, including LED bulbs. Many times the LED's were not bright enough when used with an old style reflector. What is driving your desire to replace these bulbs?

I think a couple of reasons, in my opinion I think the LED’s look better, cleaner and more crisp and the other reason, and this is probably the biggest reason, I’m very anal......knowing I have LED’s in my other lights but not my turn signals makes me crazy......is that a good reason, probably not.....but it is what it is.
