You spent 30k and you didn't drive it for very long? We took ours on a trip before we bought it and fell in love with the seats. I think that was the toughest part about my wife buying a car. We wanted something where we both liked the seats. Sucks that it didn't work out for you.

I hope it had less than 10k miles on it. 30k seems steep. We had the coupler fixed after the first week. You can imagine how surprised I was when the salesmen said AWD vehicles drive like that smh. We've only had ours for a week so hopefully thats the only issue. We bought the sorento because of the great reliability ratings it has.

I think you're confused with someone else who posed in my thread as it's been hijacked a few times. The seats suck for me. Flat out. I'm not a monsterously large guy either (5'9" 200lbs). My Infiniti G35xS with sport seats were waaaay comfier on long trips and our Honda CR-V seats were great too. My wife likes the seats and it's her car, so happy wife....Happy Life.

Anyhoooooo, the coupler issue has disappeared for now and confirmed that the AWD is indeed working, but the dealer has warrantied a few things already thanks for the 1 year\12k miles Platinum warranty that comes with buying a CPO vehicle. Now, the steering wheel controls are intermittently not working. If you turn off and turn on the car again, it usually fixes it. Dealer is already aware of the issue and if they can reproduce it, they'll replace the steering wheel under warranty. They just gotta reproduce it.

Ha, sorry about that. Thanks for the good info. Keep us posted on any other warranty stuff fixed. Our steering wheel heater has always worked. i dread the day that it doesn't. i love that feature.

Had another question. Was cleaning out the car over the weekend and noticed an LED bulb near the bottom each cup holder. Should the cup holders light up when the lights are on? If so, they never have. Also, I have that button in the little change dish thingy that's to the left of the shifter. Does that mean I'm supposed to have the "mood lighting package" or they just put that in all models in case someone orders it?

Thanks,

Lew

To the best of my knowledge those are only there if you have it installed. I have no button, and no LEDs (or holes) in my cupholders.

AH..Thanks for the quick reply. I'm guessing the dealer can look up my VIN and see if it was a factory\dealer installed option?
