Question

I'm thinking about putting these springs in my 2014 V6 EX.

The factory 2013 and 2014 springs are the same Kia part number, so I'd expect the H&R for the 2013 to fit my 2014 no problem.

My only concern is the H&R bounce. The stock springs do have a bit of boat-like sway to them that I'd like to eliminate.

kobi44,
By installing the H&R's and cutting down the stock rear upper bump stop, are you still getting a repetitive bounce after hitting pot holes or other road imperfections? I don't want the Sorento to drive like a dropped Civic.

I intend to keep my stock 18" wheels or maybe someday move up to 19's, but nothing more than that.

i have an sx so the suspension is a bit stiff and its 1/2 inch lower than the 2011-2013 Lx and Ex, however the bounce must be a defective strut.. i remeber stock has good damping..
i lowered more due to wind gust where im from, has lessened in highways from swaying.. it lowers 1.2 inch so might have to think about low speed dampening which might get worse..
re: the sway it stayed planted, combined with the 19x8.5 255/50 wheel/tire set up + the strut bar i like it how it handles, i have -1 camber up front and .5 at back with 0 toe all around its like driving a car with with stiffened sway bars..

kobi, do you intend to get the struts changed out?

The Luxon bar is quite pricey. I may opt for the lesser expensive ($100) aluminum bar sold on eBay. I also saw that Luxon offers a bunch of sub-frame braces. I guess if you intended to autoX or your area had substantial twists and turns, they might be worth the investment.
