F/R Power Outlets Not Working

Hi

The front and rear power outlets are not working anymore, there does not seem to be any power going to that fuse. Is there a relay for that fuse that might have gone bad? There was another person here on the site that had the same problem but they didn't say whether or not they fixed the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated?

Hi

By any chance does anyone know where this relay is located at? I think its shot, for a split second I had continuity between the 40a BTN1 fuse and the number 9 30a P/SCK fuse.

Hi

I guess no one knows where these relays are, maybe the dealers will know.

If you post more info about your vehicle maybe someone will be able to help.

The 03 has 2 fuse boxes. One in the passenger compartment/ DS and the engine compartment /DS near front.

Hi

Unfortunately these relays are not in those two spots, I got some hints off of google that they are in one place or another but when I go to search those areas there no where to be found. I think the deals might be the best bet to finding them.

Fuses 5 + 6 in passenger compartment panel. Marked 'Cigar (RR)' and 'Cigar (Frt)'. Both 15 amp The "Frt" is for the lighter nest to ashtray and power outlet in front console. "RR" is for outlet in center armrest facing rear seats and the outlet in the luggage compartment. On pre-facelift they only work with ign on. (On facelift they are permanently live).

I have attached a pdf several times. They work ok on my machine, but can't read it as a download from forum. Someone let me know if it is ok or still broken.

Then check Fuse 12 (ACC) which protects the actuation circuit of the socket relays (the circuit going to the relay coil) rather than the actual power itself.
