Wink **please help a/c clutch not engaging

[B]HELLO we replaced a seized ac compressor with new OEM DAEWOO. 1998 KIA SPORTAGE 2.0 liter 2 WHEEL DRIVE. AUTOMATIC. ALSO REPLACED AC RECEIVER DRIER(FILTER). NO LEAKS,

WHEN I UNPLUG IT FROM AC COMPRESSOR WIRE..NO VOLATGE WITH AC ON???????????? WHERE IS THE AC FUSE FOR THIS CAR??????????

WHERE IN GODS NAME IS THE AC FUSE????? I LOOKED UNDER THE DRIVER SIDE..NONE AND NONE UNDER THE HOOD
I DO SEE 2 AC RELAYS UNDER PASSENGER SIDE.

THE ONLY PART WE DIDNT REPLACE WAS AC SWITCH WHICH SGREWS INTO AC RECEIVER DRYER~NO ONE HAD IT. NOT EVEN DEALER.

ALSO , WE HAD TO CUT THE NEW TERMINAL END OFF NEW AC COMPRESSOR WIRE AND REATTACHED OLD COMPRESSOR END TERMINAL AS THEY WOULD NOT FIT INTO WIRE HARNESS.. JUST CRIMPED THE OLD CONNECTOR ON COMPRESSOR WIRE FROM COMPRESSOR
***PLEASE HELP
I ASSUME BOTH PULLEYS SHOULD TURN WITH AC ON A/C CLUTCH AND AC PULLEY..BUT CLUCTH NOT ENGAGING OR CYCLING ON OR OFF.

NEW FREON
VACUUM SYSTEM,,,,PLEASE HELP

Do you have voltage at the pressure switch?

Also, is the rear wiper fuse good? Here's a diagram for the a/c system.

finally got 13.5 volts at terminal plug of wire harness that connects to compressor so the compressor turns and so does the A/C clutch with AC dash button on.HOWEVER, there is no cold air blowing and the ac clutch doesn't cycle on and off..it just stays on.. someone said we need more FREON to activate the switch in top of ac drier.
I disconnected the plug that goes to ac switch on drier AND ON SIDE READS 5 VOLTS..THE OTHER SIDE READS AROUND ZERO..

[B][/B thank u sooooooo MUCH FOR YOUR HELP..REAR WIPER fuse is GOOD
I SE no ac fuse ON THIS CAR..SEARCHED FOR HRS.

I DO HAVE 13.5 VOLTS TO WIRE HARNESS THAT GOES TO AC COMPRESSOR. ALSO,COMPRESSOR CLUTCH TURNS WITH AC DASH BUTTON ON AND CAR RUNNING,

BUT AC clutch DOES NOT CYCLE ON AND OFF..SOMEONE SAID WE NEED MORE FREON AND THAT THE SWITCH IN AC DRIER IS NOT ACTIVATING..

no cold air blowing out of vents,
THANKS FOR DIAGRAM!

Welcome on the diagram, no a/c fuse, just what you see in the diagram. You need 40 to 45 psi on the low side and condenser fan running at idle, a/c on. My compressor doesn't cycle either, just stays on when a/c switch is on along with the inside fan switch.
