The J value is rim width. TheET value is the amount of "offset" of the rim. The d67.1 is the diameter of the center hole of the rim. The biggest thing that would be of concern is if the smaller diameter rims will clear over the brake calipers and easiest to just try putting them on without forcing the rim and looking that there is room between it and brake caliper.
