Default Brake Fluid Distributor? 2003 Spectra

I'm leaking brake fluid from this part, where all of the brake lines are connecting into.

Is this part called the brake fluid distributor?
Or brake proportioning valve?
Need to buy the part ASAP to replace so I need help!

I had to replace that on my '02 Spectra a couple of months ago. As soon as I did the car stopped losing fluid.
