Default 2001 Spectra NOT FUEL PUMP

Sporatic stalling increased to the point it will not start. No power going to the pump. Bought a fuel pump relay and due to a missing fuse box cover swapped all 7 one at a time with no change. Tested the fuel pump with direct power and it is OK. Even had the vehicle running with jumper box connecteed to pump, so filter fine. Could there be something else? Fuel pressure sensor? Ground wire? Relay not at fuse box? At wits end, help!
