Default 2003 Spectra Fog Light Replacement Help

So I've got a 2003 Spectra GSX (the hatch). One of the fog light bulbs burned out and I was wondering if anyone could tell me roughly how to replace it. Do I have to take off the bumper? Or is there an easier way? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I also have the same question, It seems the bumper must be removed, is this something that I really need to pay someone for, or is removal relatively straightforward?

You can probably pull the headlght assembly out and reach the bulb. That is the way for the newer Spectras.
