Default Side Skirts Replaceable?

Hey guys, I have a 2003 spectra and the passenger side skirt has been squished in for quite some time now due to a high center in snow or something, not positive on how it happened but it's now starting to bother me a bit

are the side skirts easily replaced or are they welded on? i was thinking about getting a new skirt from a junkyard or something to replace it and was curious how much work this would be?

THANKS!!!!

i don't know how they're attached on the 03s but if they are like the 05-06 ones i took off my car they are a pain to take off and leave holes on the bottom and sides of your car

Just by looking at your picture, it seems as they may be similar...
