Kia clarus y.98 won't start

Hi guys

I forgot to to close the lights and now the battery is empty. I charged the battery, but now I have problem. My clarus won't start(starter works ok). The ignition candle is wet, so I do not have the spark on the ignition candle. Do you have any idea what could be wrong ?

I did not understand the exact problem Did you ship the battery, however, spark plug no spark when trying to start the engine??

What is meant by "ship the battery" ?
