all lights still on even after the engine shut

Hallo everyone,

I have kia pregio van 2002, and it has this problem where, even tho i already shut down the engine and pull the ignition key, all the lights (include head lamp and dashboard lamp) still on, and the only way to switch it off is by putting the lamp stick to high lights position (which is very annoying and can cause low battery if forgotten). really need help on this one. thanks

If the head light switch goes bad lights will stay on..
