Default Expert advise for Pregio owner

Hi guys, need advise how to add extra power to my 1998 Pregio 2.7 GS local made. Nowadays im experiencing humina ang power ng engine plus nangingig every morning ang engine then kapag uminit nawawala din? My second question is normal ba sa J2 engine na i-glow plug every now then na i-start ang engine kahit warm or hot na? Ganito kasi ang condition ng pregio ko.

and i think underpowered ang pregio compare sa 2.5 L300 at 2.0 toyota commuter. nung time na inakyat ko ng kennon road naiwanan pa ako ng L300 by the i have 8 passengers nung time na umakyat ng baguio.

Thanks guys, hoping for expert advise

i had the same problem before. had changed the fuel filter and bleed out the fuel lines. So far it helped correct the early morning vibration. If my engine is hot, I no longer use the glow plug before starting.
