please help me on my kia bongoIII 2005

I have kia bongoIII (VAN-choas) 2005 and it is have a problem in its fuel system. All cars of this type has the same problem.and here in Iraq they replace the electrical fuel system by another michanical one and this cost almost $1600 please help me to find the problem and fix it without replaceing any thing. may be it is just a simple problem but no one here know it,,the manual is in Korian language so i couldnt understand anything from it.

In order to be of more assistance we need to know more about the type of problem you are experiencing. Try your best to describe the problem.

I guess that where you are they are just replacing the fuel injection system with a carburetor, but don't understand why its that costly.

They don't have the Bongo van on there, but you should be able to find another model with the same engine.
