changed rocker arms, rocker shafts HLA and rocker arm spring...

I was hearing this noise tac tac tac on cold days for about 5 minutes (like a diesel engine ) so I changed intake and exhaust rocker arms, 8 rocker shafts, 8 Hydraulic Lash Adjusters and 8 rocker arm springs.

Now my kia avella is OK (no tac tac tac noise), but I feel it a little bit slowly...before the change I was feeling it more free at the time of pushing the gas pedal.

Now I feel it with more power but a little little slowly...is it normal taking into account that I put this new parts?

will it change later? faster like before?
