Default kia pride 1.3lx 1996!! Any help

hey guys,
good to see there are a few pride owners who may be able to help me out.. i have just bought a 1996 kia pride 1.3lx.. i was just wondering does anybody know if it is possible to change the 12" wheels to maybe a 13" wheel? and if it is possible exactly what do i have to make sure of when buying the wheels?? as in offset/studs/width? i cant even seem to get my hands on a 12" pair of decent hubcaps!! delighted to see there is a forum up where we can share advice.. also do the parts from a ford festiva/mazda 121 fit my car if they are same year? and any ideas on how to better my car? ie interior/exterior/mechanics/electrics? thanks people!! or does anyone know where there are some photos of a kia that has been sported up?

12"? methinks the kia pride rim is 13", but the tire size is smaller. changing to a larger tire size will pose a myriad of problems, you'll have to adjust / modify the wheel wells (the rear might be easy - but i dunno about the front), and the shocks as well. I have seen kia pride taxis with "normal" 13" tires - they look a bit goofy. the kia pride units with mags and the kia-sized tires looks way cooler. you can have the rear shocks raised a bit para sporty ang look.

Hi! I'm just a bit surprised becuz I thought Pride's came with 13" wheels standard! But what do I know? My 1999 1.3 GTX came with 13" mag wheels and 165 X 13 x 65 tires. I found those 65 profile tires a bit vulnerable to the lunar landscape that Manila Water has wrought on Ortigas Avenue Ext., and replaced the Kumho's with Federal Tires 165 80 13's! Now it rides like a little bigfoot! The ride is smoooth over the rough spots but the front wheels will scrape the inner fender wells on a sudden manuever! Standard GTX 13" wheels are available at any surplus parts shop in Metro Manila. Should be easy to find.

ya mine are a size 12" it's a bit odd that everyone has 13's.. i mean if mine is the same car as everybody elses 96 pride 1.3 lx i sould have no problem with size 13 is that what you guys think? i just bought the car and have had a couple problems.. luckily i have a mechanic handy.. but all in all its holding up well so far and i think if im gonna keep it for a while i might upgrade a few bits starting with the wheels and maybe get rid of the default stereo.. what stereo do u guys have? also any idea's on maybe some body kit? a spoiler? thanks again.. also would like to see some pics if possible
