Cd Sedona Work Shop Manuals

Hello,

For a while I have been getting together some Sedona workshop manuals to be released on CD, for personal reasons I had to put the projects on hold

I'm almost there, however, due to a problem with an incomplete section, I had to re-source it, I can tell you I had a h*ll of a time sorting it.

I now have this section on a 123 page PDF document/file, I use Adobe Acrobat 7 to view it and have no problems in doing this on XP HOME
However my sources had to scan the orignal document and had to be a bit quick about it so she wasn't to fussed in how it turned out.
I have a lot of black line page edges, smudge marks and so on the PDF pages, I would like to remove these.
I still want to keep the PDF format and the order the pages are in after
I've cleaned them.
All I want to do is clean up the pages not edit the existing text or images
contained in them. I Googled PDF editors & creators they don't seem to be much help or I can't find what I need.
I was hoping there might me some freeware/plugin out there
that might allow me to do this as Adobe Acrobat 7 doesn't.

Can anyone help me?

I was searching for something similar awhile back. Unfortunately, I didn't find any plugin or freeware.
