What’s up with the price of gas? Here in northern California its pretty much $2.70 per gallon. How much is it where you all live. It’s crap I tell you, some one is lining their pockets big time. I’m not sure who it is but I’ll bet you its the government making us all pay for the war in Iraq.

Around $2.55 in OKla and I am sure it will stay around this maybe hit $3 before dropping after Labor day. You can bet we will never see $1.80 again unless people really quit driving. Yes a lot of the price is our Goverment and the deal in Iraq you notice I don't call it a war.

It's $2.59 where I live and you can bet that it's only going to go up. I believe that it will surpass $4 by next summer and continue to climb. It's well past time for society to move on to another clean and renewable form of energy and perhaps this will bring it to pass. If the sorento were available as a td or hybrid when I was buying I would've got one.

You're ALL lucky, When I filled up a few days ago, it was $2.79/Gallon for 87 Regular (Mobil) - from what I've heard, if it keeps going up then it'll be $3/gallon by Labor Day!

Forgot to mention gas prices are the reason I traded in my Sorento for my Spectra. Dont get me wrong I like the Spectra quite a bit but if it wasnt for high gas prices I would still have the Sorento.

With this last big jump in gas St. Albans, Vermont is now at $3.03 a gallon. The city I work in is about 30 miles south of where I live. Its South Burlington VT and they are at $3.14 a gallon.
