New Kia Sportage EX AWD
Hi,
I'm new to KIA, coming off of a 1999 Dae Woo Lanos (12 years).
I also own a 2001 Ford F150.
I have owned: 1965 Mustang, 1967 Camaro, 1965 Ford Falcon, 1979 Dodge (pain in the) Aspen, 1985 Honda Prelude (12 years 350,000+ Mi.), 1985 Lincoln Towncar, 1995 Subaru Legacy Wagon (12+ years 350,000+ Mi.).
It came down to the Kia Sportage EX AWD, Sand Track with Grey interior and Premium Pkg. or a Subaru Outback Premium with All weather Pkg.
In the end a thousand dollar difference and the wife's color preference sold the car.
The warranty was a factor but only a little bit against the proven (from my experience) boxer engine and Subaru's AWD system, I was favoring the Subaru. I figured the warranty equalized that comparison.
In the end I think I got a better looking car with more features, if only Subaru had (real) Brown in my price range.
