Hi, firstly im new to this forum. I just got my Kia Spectra Novus 2 weeks ago. well i had few problems with it and this how they at Naza Setapak dealt with it. Exactly 1 week after i got my car i took for the first service and at the same time i had few complaints like buble in the tint, carpet not fixed properly and more. They asked me to leave the car the whole day there and none of the complains were done even the alligment and balancing. They said come back 4 days after, so i went back guess what i was there from 8.30 till 1.30pm despite i was number 5. They only fixed the carpet and nothing else was done. worst of all my engine started making funny noise after the first service which i had to take back to PJ and thank God they were helpfull. And rest of my warraty claims they took picture and God knows whats gonna happen.
