Default Aftermarket dome light & Vent shades/visors

The stock dome light is pretty weak on the 2002 Sportage. (on mine, and on 3 others I've been in.) Does anyone know of a brighter aftermarket replacement that will fit nicely, not require cutting the headliner and will look nice after mounting?

Secondly... I'm sure we've all enjoyed how rain (or windshield fluid) comes *right* off the windshield, around the door pillar and inside the cabin when you're driving at speed and have the front windows down any more than 2 inches.

Can anyone recommend some decent vent shades/vent visors for the 4dr model? (Again, a 2002) I don't want some that look like crap or won't deflect the rain/blue stuff out of the cab, and I don't want to do any drilling into the vehicle to mount them. Ideas appreciated, links even more!

Thanks.

In my location, these stuff is available...The dome light bulb can be replaced by an LED bulb which illuminates more than the stock light bulb. We also have the after marker rain gutter....I'm residing here in Philippines....

Whoa! You mean there's an aftermarket rain gutter, like a real rain gutter? Man, that's what these need. (Hell, it's what most cars need, IMHO.)

If you have any links for the LED light or the rain gutters, I'd really appreciate them.

By the way... how DO you open the dome light? I've owned my 2002 Sportage for a year, but had no reason to check. Does the whole light pull out, or does the clear lens pop off?

Bro;

The LED light is a customed made 12 LED bulb with circuit board to replace the capsule bulb of the dome light...the local car shop here has almost the accessories from korea and can be upgrade any part to match the updated model....No idea how they open the dome light because changing the bulb to LED is free service once you buy from them.

The rain gutter is also available in fiber construction material tint black color and fits well in all 4 doors, no crew needed because 3m double sided tape is the one they use to install it in the upper side of the door, it bonds well if properly clean the area of fitting.

Here is the link: Try to read it....
