Unhappy 2001 Sportage transmission service

I am trying to service the trans on my 2001 sportage and cannot remove the trans sump, there is a bracket on the dipstick tube and i cannot get to the bolt which secures it to the bellhousing, has anyone had or solved this problem?

Thanks Hasimkay.
When I looked at this problem closer I discovered the dipstick tube is 2 pieces and you have to swivel the sump to remove it from the upper part of the tube, thanks for your input.
