Question Help 2000 sportage Misfire

Long time readed, firt post, Glad to be here.

Alot of problems but 1 in particular. I got this car over a year ago and I changed the spark plugs. well 1 of the plugs had been cross threaded into the hole. well I tried to rethread it and I think the hole is to big, so my friend tells me to try a heli coil, tried that and It didn't fit. So Im pretty sure that It is not running very good because it is having compression problems.

My car takes a couple of seconds at every light to get up to speed. When I do get up to 25 I press the hold button to rev higher and get going. I know I cant do this forever but I sure would like a cheaper fix. I had it read and cylinder 4 misfires, same one the spark plug was in. Becides that my driver side window regulator and engine stopped working. needs new brakes, tire rotation, and the axels need work. please help!

You could probably get a head at the local P'n'P for cheap.
