1994 kia sportage help

Hi new to the site a couple of questions if you can help. can you get a roofrack for this model- tyre pressures frony and back as not on door post and no manual thanks if you can help.

I just bought a 1999 Sportage EX and it came with a roof rack.

think the tire pressure cold is supposed to be 26, but I have read here that if you kick it up to 35 you will get better gas milage. Tire pressure will go up when the tires heat up so check it cold or put 38 - 40 psi when tires are hot.
