Exclamation Anyone Help With This One

HI ALL ,
I HAVE A 1997 KIA SPORTAGE KARMANN (MAYBE NOT FOR MUCH LONGER)

the car seems to run ok then just dies and the idle is all to pot like on 3 cylinders been told it was a bloked exhaust replaced still the same then told it was the throttle sensor replaced still the same
any one got any ideas ??????
been told its not the plugs - coils !!!!!!! sounds like it does have a blown exhaust but just got new one fitted and still sounds the same

I would start by making sure you have the right spark plugs and that they are correctly gapped 0.03" (0.75mm) and then move onto making sure that the ignition coils and their wires are in good order.

I'm not sure what's up with the exhaust - if a new exhaust was installed and it still sounds like it's blowing then take it back to the installer.

same car same age same bloody problem and we aint alone. i changed the plugs and sorted it for about a day. my exhaust is blown too so i'll give that a blast with a welder!
