Clunk! Changing to second question

Folks,

My searches proved fruitless on this although I've seen it mentioned in other posts.

My 05 Sportage makes a clunk (seemingly coming from the rear...diff?) when changing from 1st to 2nd. I've noticed that this is not when you manually shift but when you depress the clutch. Interestingly it only happens at high revs. e.g. If I change out of 1st quite quickly with low revs then fine, but if you accelerate hard and change with high revs - clunk!

Does anyone know if this is normal / serious or even what is actually happening etc as I'm still under warranty and would rather not ignore it!

is it the petrol or crdi?

i have the 2.0l crdi and something similar once off the clutch the car wil jolt like a fuel blockage, or turbo misfire - only in 1st 2nd and 3rd gears.
hope this can help us both find a solution
