Exclamation I Need Some Help . . .

I have a '01 Sportage, I put my AC on FULL blast... i hear it working but i dont feel a thing, but my windows still defrost. does any one know what the problem might be? please help

the flapper is stuck. either the screw that holds the cable that flips it between AC and heat has come loose, or as in my case some tiny acorns found there was in and jammed the door. If you remove the fan from below, which is held with four screws, you can reach in there and clean out any debris. more then that, it gets expensive, as a dealer or good mechanic will be needed. Probabily stuck in the defrost position.
