Cool Electric window raise/lower cables came undone.

2001 2/4wd 5spd manual trans 2.0 liter limited sportage.
Driver window motor just hummed. Window was stuck in down position. Looked inside door and saw the cables lying in bottom of door and the white plastic part that coils/uncoils those cables lying there broken also. Am having to drive with a small piece of lumber supporting the window closed inside the door. Can anyone tell me what this part is called that needs replacement and give any tips on how to install it?

Having a similiar problem but I cannot get the window loose to prop
it into closed position. How did you do this?
