Do you know if any customer has been helped? If so, that'd be great. If not, do you know why those departments have refused to act?

One specific issue I'm curious about is the complaints on the Sedona. There have been a lot but one that could pose a very serious safety risk is when the driver presses the accelerator pedal but the vehicle continues to move at idle speed. Since Kia is aware of the problem, it could find itself at the losing end of lawsuits should injury or death occur. Likewise, Kia could also find itself in that same position should injury or death occur due to the Sorento problems related elsewhere.
