Sorrento Rear Main Seal

Has anyone elso had a problem with their rear manin seal going?

My Kia Sorrento has just on 20K and the rear main seal is leaking.
Is this a common problem or just a one off?

Other than a few other minor problems (aerial was faulty, clock failed, faulty airbag warning) the Kia has been brilliant and l am extremely happy.

Mine is doing the same at 22000 kms, agents are looking into it, and will probably replace the seal.

hey man, my rear main is leaking too. and i'm having terrible brake problems. good luck!

Anyone had problems with Kia standing behind their warranty ?? We currently have a rear mail seal problem. Not sure at this point if they are going to repair or not.

Update to rear seal problem...dealer still has vehicle! Still not repaired...various excuses....waiting on parts...no help in their shop...at least they have given us a loaner vehicle. I was told Monday...that it would be at least two more weeks!
