Default Headlights(lowbeams) dont work

i have a 2001 kia sephia and I've had a problem for a few months, the high beams work but the low beams dont work, i replaced the bulbs a few times, all the fuses, and the relays, but no luck, is there anything that i can do, i went to a few mechanics, they cant find anything wrong with it, one recommend that i replace the light switch but he didnt know if that will fix the problem, i read the forums about this topic but nothing works, is there anything else that you can recommend before i spend 400 bucks...any help is appreciated.

they won't find anything wrong with it until you put money in their hands. i would invest in a multimeter (if you know how to use one), start at the headlight with the low beams on and test every connection between the fuse box and the headlight.
