Mileage meter doesn't move

I need to replace my CEL light cuz it's blown i'm hoping to get help on how to do this from my previous post, in the midst of change the CEL light can i fix the mileage counter too? how do i go about fixing that it doesn't move at all its stuck on 99,010 or sumthin never moved since i bought the car. i'm pretty sure its just the bulb that needs replaced cuz i can run a diagnostic for codes. i'm going to autozone today to get a new read. please help me Thanx much!!!

If its stuck you wont be able to fix it.... This is a bad case too, cause now when you sell it you cant say its the actual mileage. So its almost considered as a salvage.

There is no said fix for an odometer as far as I know.
