ok the symtons are this....oil pressure good...water temp good...but after driven for what i would say to be 10 miles or so it starts well i dont know if its surging or what...it feels like the key is being turned off and on real quick....it can do this 10 to 20 times in a 40 mile stretch...and it has been getting worse...dont know if it is a fuel problem or electrical...i dont think it is the ig.switch..the lights dont come on like when your trying to start the car..its just a real quick stumble...it keeps running but this is getting annoying dont want to be left somewhere high and dry...and the check engine light does work but is not on...anyone had this problem or have any ideas where to start ...thank you...

check all the ground wires that is what it sounds like a bad ground..

what grounds....im thinking ignition...the manual i got just shows the basic wiring..headligh,interior lights,charging system etc...nothing on like the ing or fuel system...is there an online place to look at a diagram....or maybe someone can scan one in for me..thanks

Theres about 5-7 ground wires. find em and youll find your problem!
