1997 KIA Sephia trouble code

Hi ,first time here and have a question. The CEL is on and the code is P1195. I found it indicated the boost sensor and after checking I found a broken vac line going to it and connected it back and the light went off for 3 days. Now its back on and the code reads P1195 again. Any ideas before I go buy a boost sensor and hope it solves it?

I dont think SHOUTING will get you anywhere.

Have you tried the search function on this forum? If not I'd suggest that you start there.
P1195 EGR Pressure Sensor (1.6L) or Boost Sensor (1.8L) Open or Short.

Also look at this site and hopefully you'll find more info there.

I've just searched the above site and can confirm they have the test procedures for checking the sensors in question.
