im trying to do an oil change on my 2001 sephia i think i have the rite plug but im not sure. the one i tried was on so tight it wouldnt budge. is that normal? i hope not
the plug is right next to the front passenger tire and close to the ground(near the bottom of oil pan facing to the rear). It shouldn't be that tight because that can strip the plug.
make sure you replace the oil filter while you are down there.
and the washer... If it was overtorqued Id get a new drain plug to...

i did my oil change. it was the right one. the damn thing took so much force that when i finally got it off it snapped in half. the oil in there was BLACK!! and shitty the sticker int he window sayed it was changed at 17,000 miles and i did it at just over 20,000. i do have one more question though. i have a 01 sephia and whenever it rains or when i use my windshield fluid it comes inside my car if i have the windows open even a little and not just drips, it pours in. what can i do to fix this?
i have the same problem on my wife's 04 Rio, the washer fluid comes in when the window's open the best thing to do would be just shut the window before you spray i guess.
