Question Spark Plug Question

I have a 98' Sephia and I was wondering what the best gap for the spark plugs are. Someone on another post said .32 Is that correct?

How do we decrease the spark plug gap? I heard that I can just tap the plug.

do not tap on plug! uSE THE gapping tool to bend it down.

Ive never had a problem with tapping it just make sure to check it.. Ive replaced tons of plugs.
