Default Second Gear kinda sticks makes wierd noise

When i shift from 1st to second somtimes it kind sticks in the middle between the shift, and i have to kinda force it and it makes a Wierd noise, If i hold my clutch in at a stop and move it back and forth from 1st to second it dont make any noise and if i do this about 10 times it wont when I drive ether, Ne1 know how to fix this problem?

Yea the fluid is full, So it must be a syncro do u know how much it would cost to fix?
