Theres a bolt on the tranny its a 17mm I believe. take the bolt out and fill it till you stick your pinky in and feel fluid.

I have a 2000 Kia Sephia auto. Where is the dipstick/fill location for the A/T fluid? Also where is the drain bolt/plug?
Thanks

If the 2000 placement is like the '99, then the dipstick is right near the fuse box to fill it up. Mine has a yellow sticker on it too, so look into that. But the drain plug is right under the transmission. Get under the car, and it will be near the drivers side wheel. Just get in that location and you will see the bolt, I think mine was a 20mm.
