Default engine knocking sound

I am wondering if this is from mixing regular oil with synthetic and have I done permanent damage if so?
Just got a new clutch line, one thing after another...

If its knocking it could be a stuck lifter. I don't think mixing the oils would do anything. Get it checked out right away before damage is done.

Default will do

Thanks for the fast response. I will take it in before doing anymore major driving. Do you happen to have any idea what kind of cost I am looking at for repairs? If you do great if not...I guess I will see.

They said it was a loose spark plug wire and changed that whole unit.
Yes I checked the oil, always do that first.
Thanks.
