I dont know if this will help but I have done the following for other cars.
Most cranks for windows have what I would call a c ring. its a ring shaped like a U or C. What you could do is pry the crank just slightly dont break it. You just want enough from to fit a flat and with a hammmer and a flat you can hit the points of the ring. Once that ring is off the crank should come off relatively easy let me know how it goes. In the mean time I know there is a specialized tool for that I'll try and get that good luck.
EDIT I got a link to a picture of a illustration of what you
might be dealing with
Honda Accord Door Panel or it might be the manual hhandles that you have depress the base of it like in this link
Removing the Door Panel . I used help out at a friend's junk yard doing little things and the times most of the cars Ive seen the door panels come off have that clip in the first illustration of the link. There is a tool you could by at a auto parts store or you could hammerit out (using a flat screw driver and a hammer) like I said before. Ive done it with the tool and other times with a flat. Or you could try to pull it out like that first link says. Let me know how it goes.
